Weight Conversion Calculator

The common formula used to convert pounds ito kilograms and vice versa is 2.2046. Use the simple calculator below to convert your shipment weight

Example:
To convert 1250lbs, you would divide 1250 by 2.2046 (1250 ÷ 2.2046 = 567kgs)
To convert 125.5kgs to lbs, you would multiply 125.5 by 2.2046 (125.5 x 2.2046 = 276.8)

Instructions: Enter the weight on the left side and click the arrow to convert from pounds to kilograms or vice versa

Dimensional Weight Calculator

Dimensional weight is calculated by multiplying the length by width by height of a package in inches or centimetres and dividing the total by 166 (for inches) or 6000 (for centimetres). If the dimensional weight exceeds the actual weight, charges may be assesed based on the dimensional weight.
To use the simple calculator below, select which type you would like to calculate and enter (in whole numbers) your pieces, weight and dimensions and press "calculate" to find the dimensional weight of your package.

For International Air Shipment:
Length x Width x Height ÷ 166 = Dim Weight
(Example in inches: 47in x 40in x 40in ÷ 166 = 453lbs) (Example in centimetres: 120cm x 102cm x 102cm ÷ 6000 = 208kgs

For International Ocean Shipment: Lenght x Width x Height ÷ 1728/35.2 = Cubic Metre
(Example: 47in x 40in x 40in ÷ 1728/35.52 = 1.232 m3)

Centimetres Inches
Kilograms Pounds
Reference:
1 inch = 2.55 cm
1 kg = 2.2046 lbs
1 metric ton = 1000 kgs
Results: The higher weight of the actual weight and the dimensional weight would be considered as your "chargable weight".
